Our story at 3TWENTY3 Collective is similar to what so many senior leaders at organizations have experienced throughout their own careers. Each member on our team has been an integral part of large organizations as they have gone through periods of great success, ownership changes, leadership changes, major shortfalls, counltess RIFs, etc.
Our story really is your story - because between the vast experience of the several exceptional leaders working with our collective, we've likely been through what your business is going through right now...we've seen the game film, helped build the playbooks, helped work through communications, training and implementation, and we've also watched companies waste countless sums of money on large consulting firms just to have them tell you what you already knew, but with 700 really pretty slides. That's not us.
